Flagship coached program · In development

Build your AI
operating system.

Your priorities, projects, information, and recurring work connected in one practical system, with AI helping you prepare and complete the work.

From useful tasks to a working week

Your experience sets the direction.

For professionals, solo business owners, and leaders ready to connect the AI skills they use. Here, operating system means the way you organize information, decide what matters, carry out recurring work, and follow through.

The planned format combines short lessons with coached working sessions. You build in your own accounts around your actual responsibilities.

The planned first build

Six pieces that work together.

01

Daily brief

A useful view of priorities, commitments, and work that needs attention.

02

Project and task view

Projects with owners, next actions, and a place to record progress.

03

Information home

An organized place for the notes, documents, and reference material your work needs.

04

Three reusable skills

Tested instructions and examples for recurring tasks you already do.

05

Weekly review

A repeatable check for unfinished work, changing priorities, and next steps.

06

Selected automations

Connections tested for accuracy, missing information, and review before routine use.

The Bouf Ops approach

See the next play.
Then act on it.

Bouf Ops is Coach Bouf’s own daily operating view: priorities, commitments, client next actions, and issues requiring a decision. It gives the program a practical starting example.

You build a version that fits your work, using sample information during demonstrations and your own information during your build.

How the coaching progresses

  1. Map: Select your work, information sources, and first useful outcome.
  2. Build: Create the operating view and reusable skills.
  3. Practice: Run it through a normal week and correct what needs work.
  4. Review: Decide which connections are worth automating.
