1. Agreement to Terms

5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our training programs, NO REFUNDS are available for recorded training programs once accessed, or live training programs once commenced. We maintain this policy to protect intellectual property. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate termination of access and a ban from future purchases.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and all content (videos, templates, frameworks, software) are owned by AI Growth Plan LLC (a division of Coach Bouf Enterprises LLC) and protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in our intellectual property by using our Services.

7. Limited License to Use Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute our training content, nor create derivative works or use our content to train others commercially.

8. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to our platforms. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content, including testimonials, across our marketing materials.

9. Prohibited Uses & Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for illegal activities, harmful conduct, compromising system integrity, or spam. Violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent termination, or legal action.

10. Subscription Services & Memberships
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel with 3 business days' advance written notice before your next renewal date. Payments are non-refundable, and access continues through the end of the current paid period upon cancellation.

11. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Disclaimers & No Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our training programs are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

13. Earnings & Results Disclaimer
AI GROWTH PLAN LLC (a division of Coach Bouf Enterprises LLC) MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES REGARDING YOUR ABILITY TO ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULTS. Examples and testimonials are not typical and do not guarantee future results. Success requires significant time, effort, and appropriate business conditions.

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEEDS THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Growth Plan LLC (a division of Coach Bouf Enterprises LLC) and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or your user-generated content.

Our Services may integrate with third-party services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their actions or content. Any transactions are solely between you and the third party.

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in class actions.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of CT. The exclusive venue for any court proceedings shall be in Houston County, Alabama.

19. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Growth Plan LLC (a division of Coach Bouf Enterprises LLC). Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events.
